All Executive Board members are part of a team that works together to support Lance Thompson Elementary School.
Board members attend Executive Board meetings and General Member meetings. Executive Board meetings are held monthly and last between 1 and 2 hours. There are 4 General Member meetings during the year and they are shorter. About half of meetings are virtual and the other half are in-person. All meetings are held on week nights except the annual Kickoff meeting where the Executive Board plans all of the events for the upcoming school year.
The in-person 2025/2026 Kickoff Meeting will be May 18th at the HUB from 2 to 6pm.
Executive Board member positions all have their own responsibilities but they are also part of a team. In addition to completing their own tasks, they support fellow team members as needed. All team members support cornerstone events like Meet-the-Teacher and The Holly Jolly Market.
We hope you join our team!
