What are social events? Social Events are all of the extra activities the PTA participates in after school hours to help promote a welcoming environment for students and families. This includes hosting a table at multi-cultural night, throwing a spring fling, providing support for star night and more!

What are programs? Programs are enrichment opportunities brought to the school by the PTA during the school day. Programs provide LTE students with learning experiences outside the traditional classroom. This includes the petting zoo on Lance Day, filling the mobile makers every year and guest assemblies like Creature Teacher and Dinosaur George! The PTA also oversees the Reflections Art contest every year.

What is hospitality? Hospitality provides support and appreciation for all LTE staff. This includes special recognition days, stock the lounge, teacher luncheons, and surprise pop-ups! We love our LTE staff!

The Holly Jolly Market is a free vendor market open to the entire community! Free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, lots of goodies to purchase and a fun holiday event that everyone can enjoy. It also supports our local businesses during the holiday season. Check it out!

Have you ever wondered who bought the moon pies for the solar eclipse or where the snacks during STAAR testing come from? That's the PTA!  The PTA also provides popsicles for field day, oversees the creation of the yearbook, supports the staff holiday celebrations, and provides stories in the "Pumpkin Patch" at Fall Fest. We also support the school in building relationships with their first responders. So much going on at LTE!
