I feel honored to be your PTA President again for the 2025-2026 school year. This is my second year as presidenet and I served one year as the hospitality chair before that. I was born and raised in Texas but as an adult; I have also lived in Hawaii, Colorado, Nevada and Maryland. I served for 6 years in the U.S. Air Force and now I am a full-time mom to two fantastic kids. Our family's hobby is going on road trips. We are trying to visit all 50 states as a family. We love living here and being a part of the Lance Thompson Elementary community. The principals and staff at Lance Thompson are outstanding and I am proud to support their team. I am excited about this next school year!

Sarah Carpenter-Santos

Hi there! I'm Sarah and this is my second year in the community and on the PTA board. Last year, I was the Volunteer Coordinator but am stepping into a new role this year. I have a 2nd grader at Lance Thompson and am a retired Army veteran. I moved to Texas last summer with my husband, my daughter, my mother, my dog (English Mastiff) and 3 cats in tow! I am originally from New York but have lived in California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, and even Italy. My goal is to to Utilize my knowledge and experience to support our teachers and the community through my involvement with the PTA!

I'm currently serving in my 4th year on the PTA board. I've moved back to the Treasurer position managing the budget and ensuring the PTA's financial needs are met while also laying a solid foundation for future years. I have a daughter gearing up for 3rd grade at Lance. I continue to strive to make a positive impact in my role and aim to create a thriving environment for financial growth for the Lance Thompson PTA.

I am so happy to be back on the Lance PTA board as a member of the Communications Team! This will be my 5th year serving this community. My main goal is to encourage participation in the PTA by sharing the benefits for children, staff and families! I have a 3rd grader at Lance and a freshman at Northwest High School. My kids play basketball and football and we love trying new restaurants!

I'm excited to join the Lance PTA as Secretary this year! My husband and I met while both serving in the U.S. Navy. We have one daughter and we enjoy spending time on the lake, going to the movies and just being together! I work in the aviation industry and spend my free time reading and relaxing with friends.  I look forward to serving on the PTA board at Lance Thompson Elementary!

My husband Taylor and I have three boys, a 8 year old in 3rd grade, a 5 year old in kindergarten at Lance and an infant. Our boys are very active with activites so we are always on the go! I a a former photographer and Personal Trainer who loves going to concerts and traveling! I love being involved with my children's school and am very excited to continue my role in the PTA as your new Parliamentarian!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I have a beautiful second-grader here at Lance. This is our third year. My daughter and I share a love for all things LTE— especially, the Holly Jolly Market! It was her favorite event last year. We love contributing to our school community and are proud to be Lance Lions. As a long-time resident of the area, I’m excited to serve the PTA and give back near a community where I went to school as a young girl. My daughter and I live with my parents in Stardust Ranch.
